Application

YR-RES01 has been developed primarily for the preparation of slow setting emulsions for prime coat, slurry seal, cold recycling and CA mortar of high speed railway.

YR-RES01 can be used in slurry seals where it allows adequate mixing time with the most difficult aggregates and at high temperatures.

YR-RES01 emulsions are suitable for all types of aggregate. Emulsions prepared using 

YR-RES01 pass the cement mixing test. Incorporation of 0.1~0.3% calcium chloride in the emulsion formula improves the emulsion quality. Hydrochloric acid is suitable for pH adjustment.

Storage

YR-RES01 is delivered in polyethylene drums (200 kg net). YR-RES01 is chemically stable for a minimum of 2 years when stored in its original closed container.
